OK Cindy, Let me tell you, the only person who your letter should be address to is, ME! I am the one who owns the blog that said info is posted on. However, I am not the one who posted it. I was waiting to make you a blog all for you and, THIS IS IT!! This letter just gave me more incentive.
"This letter will serve as my formal request to have ALL mentions of my name, personal information etc removed from the blogs that are owned by all of you. You have put my life and safety in jeopardy by posting my full name, address, driver's license number, tag number, make/model of my car and my date of birth on your blogs. I have found a note posted on my front door from someone claiming to have found my address on your blog."
You know, how is this any different then say, you posting my info in the room, full name, address, phone number, monthly income, living status and, what ever else you can think of? Not one bit of difference! We are both single women except, I live by myself, (even though you posted for the longest time that I did not) you. actually do live with your daughter and, whenever I bring your address up on the site I use, it comes up in your daughters name. Wonder why??
Its not like you never threatened to call housing authorities and report my son was living here which, is false. It's not like you ever posted that you and your room buddies should come to my house early in the morning and take a picture of my son when he stops by before going to work.
Oh and I love this part.......... THE ATTORNEY!!!! HAHAHAHA
"I am writing this letter at the recommendation of my attorney. I am giving you until Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 9 am est to remove any and all comments etc in reference to me. IF after that time, the comments, etc remain, I will be filing charges against each and every one of you for harassment. I have taken the liberty of enclosing a small part of my conversation with my attorney and the law concerning harassment in the state of MD. Please take this very seriously as I will no longer tolerate your unwanted harassment any longer."
I am sure you have explained to this "Attorney" how you have provoked this behavior which I am displaying here. Right? If you haven't then, and if you are seriously contemplating this going to court, I have every word you have said about and to me, all the info you have posted of mine and, the threats to my livelihood and also, my life.
You know, it is awfully funny how I get a blog of Disneybabe2001 claiming that she got a note pinned to her front door and it saying it was people from AOL and here you are, making the same claim!
HAHAHAHA this one really takes the cake!!

I think she is, others might buy it but, I think she is truly full of shit, I know she is just full of hot air!!
Either way Cindy, the Blogs and the blog posts stay up! Think about it, if there was anything that could be done about it, there would have been BY ME AND OTHERS a long time ago.
MAYBE THAT LAWYER CAN HELP YOU BUILD A BRIDGE TO CROSS THOSE TEARS!!!!!!

The events of the past couple weeks ( Rose/exes drama ) have taken a toll on me both physically as well as emotionally . Each day seems to bring about another revelation or argument. The only part I played in this entire mess was being friends with Rose and not telling the truth about the non- pregnancy and the blog. For those two things, I've been drug through the mud. People yelling, screaming on the phone. People attacking me in the room. People threatening to blog my kids and grandson. I didn't sign up for all this drama and it has to end. No emails about this Rose, exes, etc drama
No IMs about the drama
No phone calls about the drama
No chatting with me in the room about the drama
No mentioning my name as it relates to the drama
In other words, NO contact with me involving any sort of drama, be it the Rose/exes drama or any other kind. I'll be limiting my time in the chat room so as to not stress myself out with the usual crap in there. For my part, I will not involve or ask you to comment should I choose to involve myself in any kind of argument.etc. That wouldn't be fair given what I'm saying in this letter. Should any one of you feel these requests are showing my lack of friendship...to you I say..IF you're truly my friend, you wouldn't want me upset and risking my health. I shouldn't have to die to prove I'm anyone's true friend. Any emails, IMs or calls that relate to any kind of drama will be ignored. If you decide you're unable to abide by my wishes , I certainly understand and no hard feelings.
To you my friends, I wish you the health you want, the wealth you desire and the friends that make you smile.
