Dear Madelen Moore (aka Sassieishere ) , Merry Brinckergoff-Rice(aka Merrynkids ),
Bonnie Wilson(aka Laffaluv2 )& Robert Bolek (aka Bobstrkn ):
This letter will serve as my formal request to have ALL mentions of my name, personal information etc removed from the blogs that are owned by all of you. You have put my life and safety in jeopardy by posting my full name, address, driver's license number, tag number, make/model of my car and my date of birth on your blogs. I have found a note posted on my front door from someone claiming to have found my address on your blog.
I am writing this letter at the recommendation of my attorney. I am giving you until Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 9 am est to remove any and all comments etc in reference to me. IF after that time, the comments, etc remain, I will be filing charges against each and every one of you for harassment. I have taken the liberty of enclosing a small part of my conversation with my attorney and the law concerning harassment in the state of MD. Please take this very seriously as I will no longer tolerate your unwanted harassment any longer.

Hi Dave:
Someone who has been harassing me was able to find out my home address, full name, driver's license number, date of birth etc, and posted it online on a blog. Is this illegal? What can I to do stop this?

This is covered by MD code section 3-803, Harrassment:
(a) Prohibited.- A person may not follow another in or about a public place or maliciously engage in a course of conduct that alarms or seriously annoys the other:
(1) with the intent to harass, alarm, or annoy the other;
(2) after receiving a reasonable warning or request to stop by or on behalf of the other; and
(3) without a legal purpose.
(b) Exception.- This section does not apply to a peaceable activity intended to express a political view or provide information to others.
(c) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a fine not exceeding $500 or both.
Gather the evidence of this person's conduct and go to local law enforcement and swear out a criminal complaint for harassment.

No one left any note on her door, at least not due to me revealing her address. Same with Disney, no one left any note on her door either from AOL......maybe bill collector?? but, no one from AOL.
Notice that Disney made that claim first and, then Cindy made the same claim.
Both of them sit in this chat room day after day and try to prove to people that they are the most important people there.
Neither one of them must get much attention for or, from anyone else in their personal lives. Therefore they have to lie to get it.
We know from experience that Disney will lie, even to the police! And that, is illegal last I heard. Wonder if her friends at Law enforcement know that she lied that night at fireside but, without proof, didn't hold much water.
I have Prettyones IM to show I did not threaten anyone with harm that night and, I chat logs. Also the fact that, they saw first hand that, I did not have any weapons at all on me.
I have no criminal record, no assault charges, no domestic violence charges against me, like some others do, right Disney?
They sit in there and call me a crack ho and imply that I am a drug addict. I have no drug charges on me and surely, if I were one now or, before, I would certainly have one.
Nor do I have any solicitation charges, prostitution or, anything else!
All I have are law suits for a car accident and, since when is an ACCIDENT an illegal charge?
Like I say, THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING ON ME AND, THEY CAN'T STAND THAT I AM AN INNOCENT PERSON AND, THEY ARE........AS GULITY AS SIN!!
